Easter Mini Session Fee Retainer (Saturday 03/29/25)

Join Jessica in the studio for a 15 minute mini session with these adorable setups and her furry friends! These setups are large enough for the entire family or just the kids. (Please note for the safety of your children and the animals, I do not use live animals.) After your session you will receive an online proof gallery to choose YOUR favorite images. Five high resolution digital images with a print release are included and you have the option to purchase additional images and/or prints if you'd like. The session fee is $150.00 and the balance of $100.00 is due at the time of service.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THERE BE REFUNDS OR CREDITED FOR NO-SHOWS. 
IF YOUR CHILD ISN'T FEELING WELL, CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS, PLEASE DO NOT BRING SICK CHILD TO THE SESSION.
RESCHEDULING/LATE ARRIVAL: 
In the event that the Client requests to reschedule, the payment shall be applied to a rescheduled event agreed upon by the photographer if notice is given at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event. As a mother, I do understand children get sick, etc, so in the event of an illness, we can reschedule your session for another date once the child is healthy. Any Client that is late arriving at the event will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the event. Clients shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival.
J.Marie Photography will not be held responsible if the person(s) being photographed do not cooperate and the designed images are not obtained. Only one re-shoot will be permitted at a later date.
ARTISTIC RIGHTS: 
The Client(s) hereby agrees that he/she fully understands that there are no full refunds or exchanges on purchases after the session is completed due to the custom nature of portrait photography. J.Marie Photography retains the right of discretion in selecting the photographic materials released to the client. Images will be edited in line with the Photographer’s style. Additional editing beyond what is considered standard by Photographer will be billed at $20 per image. RAW files will not be released to the client(s) under any circumstance.
CLIENT USAGE: 
J.Marie Photography will make photos available to the Client through an online gallery website. These photos shall be available to the Client within 2 weeks of the session. The client is encouraged to download all photos from the gallery and save them in various locations to avoid the risk of ever losing them.
