Dreamy, elegant, and unlike any other Christmas setting I’m offering this year! The Christmas Conservatory takes place inside a gorgeous greenhouse in Gold Hill, NC, transformed into a beautiful holiday setting filled with timeless seasonal details.

This destination Christmas portrait experience is perfect for families who want something a little different: romantic, elevated, and full of Christmas magic.

During your session, we’ll create a beautiful variety of family portraits, sibling images, individual photographs, and natural moments throughout the conservatory.

Session Investment: $300
$125 non-refundable retainer due at booking | $175 balance due at your session

Your session includes:
• 20-minute guided portrait experience
• Exclusive Christmas greenhouse setting
• Online proof gallery
• Your choice of 7 professionally edited digital images
• Print release for personal use

The seven images you included are your starting collection. After viewing your proof gallery, you’ll choose the seven images you love most. Want more? Additional favorites and full-gallery upgrades are available at special pricing for booked clients.

By reserving your session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Retainers & Cancellations
All retainers are nonrefundable and applied toward your total session investment. All sales are final. No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

Illness
Please do not bring a sick child or family member to your session. If illness occurs, contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling once everyone is feeling better.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule for a reason other than illness, at least seven days’ notice is required for your retainer to be transferred to an alternate date agreed upon by J.Marie Photography.

Late Arrivals
Sessions are scheduled back-to-back and cannot be extended for late arrivals. Any time you arrive late will be deducted from your scheduled session time.

Children & Cooperation
Every child is different, and I will always do my best to create a relaxed experience and beautiful images. J.Marie Photography cannot guarantee specific poses, expressions, or photographs when a child or other participant is unwilling or unable to participate.

Artistic Style
By booking J.Marie Photography, you are choosing the photographic and editing style represented in my portfolio. J.Marie Photography maintains artistic discretion over image selection and editing. Editing requests outside of my standard process may incur an additional $20 per image.

RAW Images
RAW or unedited files are not released under any circumstances.

Gallery & Image Selection
Your photographs will be delivered through an online proof gallery for image selection. Your session includes the number of digital images listed above. Additional images and full-gallery upgrades are available separately at exclusive session pricing.
